Cabanon is a small summer house, 366cm x 366cm, built in 1952 by Le Corbusier in Roquebrune Cap-Martin in the south of France. The house situated by the sea has a significant relation to the view and the environment. Close to Cabanon is the villa E-1027, built by the designer and architect Eileen Gray in 1929. Le Corbusier was obsessed by this villa and it is alleged to be the reason for building his Cabanon.
